Jamaican Pumpkin Juice With Stout
This smooth juice with a hint of stout is absolutely delicious. You can use butter squash if you don't have pumpkin.

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb pumpkin (or butter squash), peeled, guts removed, and sliced
2 cups water
Evaporated milk (12 fl oz or 354 mL)
1/2 cup stout (dark beer)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbs nutmeg powder
3 tbsp condensed milk, sweeten to taste
1. Add pumpkin and water to pot and boil until tender
2. Remove boiled pumpkin from water and let cool
3. Add boiled pumpkin, evaporated milk, stout, vanilla extract, nutmeg and condensed milk to blender and puree until smooth
4. Chill and serve
