Ingredients
Directions
4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
2 cups long grain white rice
1. Wash and rinse the rice well, until the water is clear
2. Add the water, rice and salt to the pot and stir once
3. Bring to a boil on medium heat, then after 2 minutes, turn the heat all the way down and cover the pot tightly with the lid
4. Cook on the lowest heat possible for about 15 minutes with the pot covered or until the water is completely absorbed
5. Fluff with a fork and serve
