3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 ¼ teaspoons quick rise instant yeast
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 1/3 cups warm water
4 teaspoons olive oil (plus more for greasing pizza pan)
1 teaspoon cornmeal (for dusting pizza pan after greasing)
Pizza sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
Toppings
2 cups mozzarella cheese (grater)
½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup lobster (cooked)
1. In a small bowl mix warm water, yeast and sugar (stir for 1 minute to let yeast dissolved). Then let the yeast rest for 10 minutes. When yeast is ready a foam will form at the surface.
2. In a large bowl mix flour and salt.
3. After 10 minutes combine yeast mixture, flour and salt mixture and 3 teaspoons of olive oil. Knead the dough by hand until all the ingredients are combined. ( the dough should feel smooth).
4. Greased a second large bowl with ½ teaspoon of olive oil, then add the pizza dough to the bowl (roll the dough in the bowl to ensure all the surface is covered with olive oil.
5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap or clean dish towel. Let dough rise (double in size) 1 to 1 ½ hour.
6. After the dough has double in size, turn it out on a flour counter and divide it in two.
7. Then roll each piece of dough to fit your pizza pan (12 inch). You can use a bigger size for a thinner crust or a smaller pan for a thicker crust.
8. Preheat oven to 475 degree
9. Before adding your pizza to the pan, greased your pizza pan with olive oil and sprinkle ½ teaspoon of cornmeal on each pan.

13. Add mozzarella cheese
14. Add other toppings (example cooked lobster, bell pepper)
15. Bake for 15 minutes (12 minutes for thinner crust)
