Ingredients
Directions
1 (6 lb.) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
1 can pineapple rings in syrup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
10 maraschino cherries in syrup
2 tbsp. of the cherry syrup
1 tsp. ground cloves
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Rinse the ham under cold water and then pat dry
3. Place the ham, cut side down, into a roasting pan
4. Rub the ham with the ground cloves
5. Pour the pineapple juice, 2 tbsp. cherry juice and brown sugar in a sauce pan over low heat and stir until the brown sugar has dissolved
6. Baste the ham with some of the juice glaze
7. Arrange the pineapple rings and maraschino cherries onto the ham, securing with toothpicks
8. Cover the ham with aluminium foil
9. Bake the ham in the oven for 2 hours
10. Baste the ham with the remaining juice glaze every 30 minutes
11. Remove the aluminium foil in the last 5 minutes and baste again
12. Serve
