Ingredients
Directions
5 clove garlic
2 tsp pimento
1 medium onion
1/4 cup fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp fresh thyme
6 scotch bonnet pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
3 tsp brown sugar
Salt (to taste or a pinch)
Black pepper (a pinch)
1. Blend all ingredients until it form a liquid paste
2. Add sauce to meat, poultry of fish and marinate 4 hours or more
3. BBQ or bake
