Directions
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafer cookies
1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark rum
5 tbsp. condensed milk
1. Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs
2. In a large bowl, add the wafer crumbs, chopped almonds, confectioners sugar and cocoa powder
3. Stir and mix well
4. Add the rum and condensed milk
5. Stir and mix well
6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls
7. Roll each ball in the granulated sugar
8. Place the balls in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator
9. Let sit for at least 2 days
10. Roll balls in granulated sugar again just before serving
